Jennifer Yan Project
Today marked the first of many recordings that we will be recording this year at Arizona State University’s Katzin Hall.
In front of the microphone today was Dobson High School graduate Jennifer Yan. Today is the first of two days of recording. Today we focused on solo material, while tomorrow she will be joined by an accompanist to for the remainder of the material.
Last year, Ms. Yan was the Concert Master for the Dobson High School Orchestra as well as a member of the Phoenix Youth Symphony. Next week Jennifer will be heading off to her first year of college at Harvard University where she will be studying Biochemistry, as well as performing with their Symphony Orchestra.
Jennifer marks the second client that I have had in recent years to attend Harvard. Last year Harvard became home to one of our favorite clients Elisa Zhang.
Best wishes for both Jennifer and Elisa as they make their mark at Harvard.
