Dobson Step-up Concert

This evening Dan was on location at Dobson High School capturign the sounds of their annual step-up concert with their feeding junior high schools.

We also took this opertunity to audition some of our new microphones. The entire performance was captured by 3 pairs of microphones including 2 pairs of Tube microphones as well as our trusty Royer R-122 ribbon microphones.

This was also the first recording we made with our new intern/student Michael Fisher.

New Toy Day!!!!!

New toys are always fun and we have certainly been fortunate enough to add a few of them over the summer.

Today, we recieved 25 new microphones!!!! 20 of them are doing to Dobson High School for their front marching ensemble project and 5 are being added to our mic locker.

These were all part of a group buy and we got some amazing deals (literaly, I am still shocked)
