New Toy Day :)

Yes, we love new toy day, and we are very excited to welcome a new Mytek Digital 8x192 ADDA to our collection.

The Mytek will become a centeriece of our new recording rig to be debued in about 2-3 weeks. This new system is designed primaritly for large ensemble recordings and it will act as an expansion to our larger rig taking it up to 24 analog inputs.

Not only does this give us another 8 channels of 24bit 192kHz inputs and outputs but it also allows us to offer Sonys DSD recording for our clients.

The Sustainable Symphony's Preview Concert

Today Dan was in Tempe, Arizona recording the newly formed Sustainable Symphony under the direction of Mr. Brian Viliunas. While today’s performance was just a scaled down preview, it looks like there are great things to come from this ensemble.

The audience of about 25 enjoyed a performance of Aaron Copland's Appalachian Spring in its original version for 13 instrumentalists.

The Sustainable Symphony’s next performance will be Sunday March 29th at The Phoenix Zoo and will feature Beethoven’s 1st and Brahms 1st Symphonies.
